Remembering Barbie Prem
Barbie Prem was born in Guyana and came to the United States at age 17. By 21, she had earned her insurance producer’s license and soon co-founded an agency that became one of the largest independent firms in Florida. She was known for her honesty, generosity, and dedication to her clients — many of whom trusted her for decades.
In 2020, she founded Barbie Prem Insurance, fulfilling her vision of a local agency built on service and relationships.
Although Barbie passed away in March 2025, her mission continues through the skilled staff she trained and the community she cared deeply for. Every policy we write honors her legacy of service, compassion, and excellence.
